Challis Hodge
Challis is a veteran strategist and UX professional with extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in the planning, research, conceptualization, design and development of user-centered products, services, software and Internet solutions. Experienced in corporate, consulting, agency and academic environments, Challis is widely regarded as a thought leader in the design and technology industries. He has been Instrumental in the evolution of methods and processes, that brings human perspective to the application of technology, ultimately creating and retaining business value.
Former roles include Vice President at Bridge Worldwide, overseeing Experience Planning, Research & Analytics and SEM/SEO practice areas. Prior to Bridge Worldwide, Challis was Director of User Experience for the central Region at Avenue A | Razorfish.
Cristina Olivera Heise
Associate Director, Experience Planning
Cristina thinks organic growth should occur on farms not Web sites. By applying user-centered design methodologies, skills, and principles she helps clients distinguish themselves with best-in-class user experiences. As Associate Director of Experience Planning, she works with teammates to develop best practices and evangelize the XP discipline through the organization. With 12 years of experience designing interactive media, Cristina has worked in Silicon Valley and the Digital Rhine.
Cristine Antolik Cravens
Director, Experience Planning & Consumer Research
Cristine has been in the interactive industry for 12 years and has always had a passion for user-centered design. With a combination of user insights, industry best practices, strategy and a little dash of intuition, Cristine strives to create the best experience for the user and the business. She was a webmaster back in the day, worked for a dot-com as a UI designer, then was at LexisNexis for six years building a strong user experience for their global internet and intranet initiatives. Now she’s helping to lead the digital experience for clients and their customers at Bridge.
Jeff Stevenson
Senior Experience Planner
Jeff went to college for a degree in Technical Communication but rode on the wings of his training in audience analysis to find a new career in experience planning. As the son of a librarian and a psychologist, it’s pretty clear that genetics lead him to this line of work. Jeff takes special joy in designing social, interactive experiences.
Juli Luebbe
Senior Experience Planner
Juli has been working in web design for 11 years. Her degree is in Industrial Design, and she has always had a passion for User Centered Design. She got her feet wet at a small agency, and then moved on to LexisNexis where she worked for nine years as a Visual Designer in the User Experience department, creating designs for global legal and business research products. She recently joined Bridge Worldwide as an Experience Planner.
Michelle Whitman
Associate Director, Experience Planning
Michelle is a hired gun and often referred to as “the Fixer” by her colleagues. Her participation in meetings not infrequently resembles the lower order of primates. She attributes this to her degree in critical theory, her 12 year background as a creative and experience professional, and her affinity for grooming people like a spider monkey.
Jonathan James
Senior Experience Planner
The regulator Jonathan James has developed a wide variety of websites and applications and tics. He travels by night and terrifies everyone around him.
Matt Lewis
Associate Experience Planner
Joining the team fresh out of college but having worked cooperatively with frogdesign and Fifth Third Bank, Matt joins with a strong passion for user-centered design and experience. Always knowledge hungry you will find him hunting for the lastest and greatest design and UX related RSS feeds, absorbing them into his powerful creative database. However, he is kind, and shares the best of what he finds via Twitter (@MattLewisDesign).
Emily Charek
Senior Experience Planner
Emily has worked in the digital space for twelve years. Starting as a Process Consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), she defined requirements, studied offline process flows and translated to the web. Emily spent her first years with Bridge Worldwide as a Client Service Supervisor and recently made the jump to Experience Planning. She loves sketching out ideas and working with creative and tech resources to align on the best solution. Emily will sometimes come at you like a spider monkey but is typically pretty calm.
Thiago Franco
Associate Experience Planner
Thiago believes that the ultimate goal of design is to make people happy. He’s been doing IA/UX since 2003. Besides working at Bridge, Thiago is finishing his Master’s degree in Information Architecture and Knowledge Management at Kent State University.
